My New Year to dos so far

Drink more water (not so far but I did bring a clean water bottle to work)

Exercise some (not so far but I aspire to tomorrow)

Be more productive (we got the house clean in record time for the party, I started clipping one of my blankets that is woefully overdue last night, and I have productive plans for the weekend).

I think I will do a weekly update on the to dos.

When I set my excercise goal I knew that I could go to the gym twice a week. I knew that if I set a higher goal that I would just not do it and then I would beat myself up and never go again. Except for one week in the last 5 months I've made it to the gym twice a week. Start with small micro-movement goals and I know you can do it.
